Rain didn’t stop one of Westchester’s signature concerts from going on Tuesday evening.

The event is also a great opportunity for local businesses and the arts, with some deals on display.

The show started off with Alex Cano, a hometown act who many knew from open mic nights, and finished with pop-punk act Plain White T’s.

It’s just one of several events the White Plains Business Improvement District hosts throughout the year, with the next being Oktoberfest.
