Police: 1 killed, 2 injured in Orange County crash

Police say Silvia Rodriguez, of Middletown, crossed a red light and was hit by a vehicle.

State police say one person was killed and two others were injured in a two-car crash in Orange County.
They say it happened at the intersection of Route 6 and Mountain Road in the town of Greenville on Thursday.
Police say Silvia Rodriguez, of Middletown, crossed a red light and was hit by a vehicle.
Nemesio Barrera, who was a back-seat passenger in Rodriguez's car, died at the hospital.
Rodriguez and a second passenger were being treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening. 
The driver of the second vehicle suffered minor injuries.
