Police: 3 juveniles in Greenburgh face charges over rocks thrown onto parkway

Damage from the rocks ranged from flat tires to smashed windshields.

Three juveniles in Greenburgh are facing reckless endangerment charges
.It comes following New York State Police receiving complaints of rocks being thrown from the Payne Street overpass onto moving vehicles traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway. 
In total, 16 complaints of damaged vehicles were received by the state police beginning around 9 p.m. on Jan. 17. 
Damage from the rocks ranged from flat tires to smashed windshields.
