Police arrest 2 Chappaqua spa workers
Two workers of a Chappaqua day spa were taken into custody Thursday for allegedly offering sexual favors for a fee.
Police say Yonghong Wong-Yang, 42, and Zhu-Shuang Weng, 30, were charged with giving massages without a license. Weng was also charged with prostitution.
People working in the area say they thought Wen Wen Spa, located on Memorial Drive, was suspicious when it opened here less than six months ago. It has blacked out windows, and customers have to ring a doorbell to get inside.
"There were always men going back and forth, no women," says Donna DeGuardia.
The spa has been closed since Thursday's raid. Police say it is unlikely the business will reopen.
