Ramapo police say they broke up a huge underage drinking party over the weekend where more than two dozen people were under 21, including four minors.
The adult accused of throwing the party, 28-year-old Michael Nunez, was arrested Friday night at his Van Orden Avenue home and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Nunez told News 12 Hudson Valley the moment he found out there were underage drinkers at his party, he threw them out.
Nunez was arraigned at Ramapo Town Court and is out on bail.
