Police say a Bronx teenager is responsible for the death of his 3-month-old daughter.According to police, 17-year-old Steven Morales lived with his girlfriend and their daughter in an apartment on Lebannon Street. Officials say Morales claims he was babysitting his daughter Sunday when she started to cry. He says he wrapped her in a quilt to try to stop the crying.Police say Morales told them he then went to take a bath, and that the girl's mother found her unconscious when she returned home. The baby was pronounced dead at Jacobi Medical Center.Morales was charged with murder, manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
