Police: Man assaulted in Prospect Lefferts Gardens subway station

Police say they are searching for a suspect wanted for an assault in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
They say the assault happened on Oct. 8 inside the Winthrop Street subway station.
According to police, the suspect punched a 47-year-old man in the face in an unprovoked attack. The suspect then fled the scene.
The victim was hospitalized with a fractured jaw. 
Police describe the suspect as being between 30 to 35 years old, about 6 feet tall and 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans and black sneakers.
Anyone with information is asked to police.
