The search is on for a killer after a man was found fatally shot in Orange County.

The shots rang out just before midnight on Saturday in Newburgh.

Responding officers say they found a man lying on Liberty Street and saw that he was shot multiple times.

First responders tried to save him, but say his injuries were too severe.

Anyone with information on the shooting is urged to call Newburgh City Police.
