A body was found at Nature Study Woods in New Rochelle Thursday night.

Westchester County police said some people were walking on the county-owned trails a little after 7 p.m. when they smelled something bad.

Police said they found a man, possibly in his 50s, dead in a concrete cylindrical drainage tube. The tube is used for drawing floodwaters away.

As of Friday morning, authorities were continuing to work in the area on figuring out the cause of death.
