Police release autopsy results in fatal Grassy Sprain Reservoir crash
State police released the autopsy results Monday on the woman whose body was pulled from the Grassy Sprain Reservoir over the weekend. According to police, 34-year-old Rahshallay Curry and her fiancé were traveling north on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers when their car slammed through a guardrail and went into the near-freezing water. The woman's fiancé, James Callahan, says a car cut off the Ford Explorer he was driving and that caused him to crash. Autopsy results show that Curry died of drowning and hypothermia. Callahan survived the accident with minor injuries. Police are still investigating the incident and no charges have been filed.
