Security at a Hudson Valley school is accused of kicking kids out into the cold and a portion of it was caught on camera.
A video posted on Facebook shows police and security escorting people out of Middletown High School's varsity basketball game.
Briana Honora posted the video of police officers pushing Newburgh students for allegedly wanting to attend the game. Honora says security told students from Newburgh that the Middletown gym was full to capacity and to wait outside in the cold.
Middletown police did not comment but responded on Facebook saying the video is a small part of the incident that lasted more than two hours. The department also says they are looking over what happened to make sure their policies and procedures were appropriate.

Newburgh's mayor Torrence Harvey says the apparent "poor stigma" of Newburgh "may have been a factor" in Friday's incident.
"If they were students of one of the other schools in Orange County and not from the Newburgh School District, would the police officer have physically responded in the same manner?" said Harvey.
Harvey also said on Facebook that this was one of two incidents that happened Friday night. He said that after the game, things got very physical and people were hurt.
"I am also coordinating a meeting for next week to review all video footage and discuss how these violent exchanges can be avoided and handled differently moving forward," said Harvey on Facebook.
The mayor is planning a meeting with school officials and police later this week to discuss ways to handle similar situations in the future.

City officials and police are all warning everyone watching the video to be patient while they investigate without rushing to any conclusions.
