Police: Two suspects charged with robbing woman at gunpoint at Thruway rest stop

Police say the incident happened behind the back entrance to the south State Thruway rest stop late Saturday night.

A 32-year-old woman is recovering this morning after being robbed at gunpoint, and hit by the getaway car in Newburgh. Police say the incident happened behind the back entrance to the south State Thruway rest stop late Saturday night.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
Police say they arrested two suspects a short time later. Adam Colandrea, 36, and Steven Wolfe, 24,are facing robbery charges. Also, Wolfe tried escaping from the police station. Authorities say he shoved an officer, and ran out the police station door before being taken back into custody. 
Police say the gun recovered was stolen.
Both men are due back in court on Tuesday.
