A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Friday in the case of an Orange County man accused of killing his 90-year-old father.
Police say Thomas Martin strangled his father to death and hid his body in the basement of the family's home on Scotchtown Collabar Road. Police have not disclosed a possible motive in the killing.
Martin is being held without bail at the Orange County Jail.
