A propane truck on Pulaski Highway skidded on a slick patch of snow and ice and ended up in a ditch, closing down the roadway for several hours Thursday.
Police say the incident happened around 10:30 a.m., after a sudden snowstorm quickly swept through Hudson Valley. The truck driver was temporarily trapped inside, but was taken to the hospital and is doing fine.
Kenny Zimmerli, owner of a local auto body shop, said he sent out all of his tow trucks to clear up other accidents.
