12h agoA Purchase College faculty member and her Soul Voices gospel choir will take the "America's Got Talent" stage next month.
Knoelle Higginson and her gospel choir received nods from all three judges on America's Got Talent in the auditions.
The choir is a mixed vocal ensemble, exploring African American experience, including spirituals, gospel, soul and much more.
The first round of live competition begins on Aug. 9.
