Questions remain in Pace University student's death
Less than a week after the death of Danroy Henry at the hands of police outside of a Thornwood bar, family and friends are beginning to raise questions about what really happened that night.
Police have said Henry sped away from officers at the scene, throwing a police officer on the hood of his car and hitting another officer. Cops say they were able to stop Henry by firing into the vehicle, killing him.
Brandon Cox, a friend of Henry, who was allegedly in the vehicle at the time of the incident, says Henry was merely driving away when the police stepped in front of the vehicle and started firing.
The family of Henry has retained a prominent civil rights attorney to investigate any possible wrong-doing by police officers.
