Three men, including a Brooklyn rabbi, have been indicted in the murders of a retired cop and his nephew in Newburgh.
Rabbi Victor Koltun, Craig Fennell and Frank Lewis were indicted by a grand jury on second-degree murder charges yesterday.
The men allegedly gunned down Francis Piscopo and his nephew, Gerald, in a vacant house on Liberty Street last month.
Investigators have not yet released a possible motive in the murders.
