NEWBURGH - Rape charges have been dropped against three students at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh.

A grand jury chose not to indict Michael Curatola. Glendon Glashen and William Serviss on charges they sexually assaulted a freshman on campus last September.

The teens have maintained their innocence since they were arrested.

The Orange County District Attorney's office did not reveal details of the grand jury proceedings.
