The Food and Drug Administration is planning to give full approval of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine as soon as Monday, according to multiple reports.
The move would make Pfizer the first company to go from emergency use authorization for a COVID-19 vaccine to full approval from the FDA.
The company also earned an approval to offer a booster shot eight months after people received their second shot.
