A Rhinebeck judge has found there's enough evidence to continue to hold a Dutchess County man in jail while the case is under grand jury review, according to his attorney.
A preliminary hearing for 42-year-old William Dickie was held Thursday night.
Dickie is accused of running over his girlfriend, 35-year-old Danielle DiStefano, with his car and then bringing her home instead of to the hospital.
She was found dead in her home on Saturday.
