There are some important road closures and parking arrangements being made one month ahead of the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills.

Officials say there will be closures and detours on several roads and intersections in the area. That includes County Road 39 and Montauk Highway.

Gabreski Airport will be used for parking and a staging area for shuttle buses.

There will also be parking at the Bridgehampton Hampton Classic grounds.

Hampton Jitney will take spectators from Montauk to the Open.

The Long Island Rail Road is adding more train cars and a temporary stop at the Stony Brook Southampton Campus.
