Rockland County man accused of indecent exposure
A Rockland County man was arrested after police say he exposed himself to a woman and her baby.
The incident occurred yesterday when police say John Delbiondo, of Wesley Hills, followed the woman in his SUV while she was walking her baby in Pomona. According to the woman, Delbiondo got out of his truck three times before exposing himself. The woman ran to a neighbor's house to call police.
Authorities say that Delbiondo has a history of indecent exposures, the last being in April 2010 when he was accused of pulling down his pants in front of two 9-year-old girls.
