Second AirDrop threat in days leads to evacuation at Goshen middle school dance

Goshen school officials told News 12 a student received a threat via AirDrop towards the end of the dance Friday at C.J. Hooker Middle School.

Police say students in Goshen were evacuated from a dance due to an AirDrop threat just days after another threat.
Goshen school officials told News 12 a student received a threat via AirDrop towards the end of the dance Friday at C.J. Hooker Middle School. The student reported it and building staff got in touch with police and started evacuating the kids.
Village police did a sweep of the building. As of 10 p.m. Friday, it has not been confirmed whether the suspects are in custody.
This marks the fourth AirDrop threat in Hudson Valley schools in recent weeks.
