Flooding caused a home to partially collapse in Orangeburg on Tuesday.
The downpour busted through the fence, causing the basement to cave in.
The home on Isabel Road looks like it's floating above its foundation.
"It almost looked like a tornado or something tumbled it all up, and then I noticed the foundation behind me is completely open and open and gutted. I'll just take it one day at a time," says homeowner Katherine Morris.
Morris and her family just bought the home in April.
They were not inside at the time of the collapse, but they can no longer go inside.
The  fire department told them they could not even grab personal belongings because it was just too dangerous.
