Police: DWI suspected in crash involving NJ fire chief

A fire vehicle from Montvale, New Jersey was involved in a crash in Ramapo, and sources tell News 12 that the driver was arrested for DWI.

Police: DWI suspected in crash involving NJ fire chief
Ramapo police say they have arrested a New Jersey Fire Department chief for allegedly driving drunk and crashing.
Officials say it happened Saturday night on Schoolhouse Road.
News 12 is told Montvale Fire Department Chief Charles Lydon was driving his fire department vehicle while drunk when he crashed into a tree.
Eyewitnesses tell News 12 that no other vehicles seemed to be involved.
Lydon has been charged with aggravated DWI.
