Wet weather hit parts of the Hudson Valley overnight, leaving parts of the Bronx River Parkway flooded.
News 12's Shannon Longworth says it was tough to avoid deep puddles and slippery conditions while driving.
There was also flooding heading southbound on the Saw Mill River Parkway.
