It's been one year since President Obama signed into effect the nation's largest economic stimulus plan, but many people are questioning whether they're any better off.
The $787 billion stimulus package, known as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, is the largest in the nation's history.
Obama praised the effects of the plan, saying it has stopped the recession from becoming a depression and funded nearly two million jobs.
The nations jobless claims rose unexpectedly Thursday, continuing fears of layoffs, and some people fear they aren't any better off than they were last year.
