ORANGEBURG - Thursday's storm caused a mess for many residents in Rockland County.

A garbage truck hit a transformer pole at the Orangeburg Shopping Center, leaving about 25 customers without power for a couple of hours. No one was hurt in the incident.

A tractor-trailer accident took out two southbound lanes on the New York State Thruway in West Nyack.

News 12 meteorologists say overnight snow may add another 3-6 inches to Thursday's accumulations.
