Storm causes accidents in Rockland

A wintry mix will change back to snow overnight into Friday, tapering off by daybreak. (2/13/14)

ORANGEBURG - Thursday's storm caused a mess for many residents in Rockland County. 

A garbage truck hit a transformer pole at the Orangeburg Shopping Center, leaving about 25 customers without power for a couple of hours. No one was hurt in the incident. 

A tractor-trailer accident took out two southbound lanes on the New York State Thruway in West Nyack.
