STORM WATCH: Heavy rain Wednesday morning with gusty afternoon winds

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Meredith Garofalo says Wednesday morning will have heavy rain that will end between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. with gusty winds.

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Meredith Garofalo says Wednesday morning will have heavy rain that will end between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. with gusty winds. Garofalo says isolated gusts could get up to 50 mph and isolated power outages are possible. 
A wind advisory has also been issued for Ulster and Dutchess counties on Wednesday. 

FORECAST:

WEDNESDAY: Cloudy during the morning with rain developing after 9 a.m. Rain can be heavy at times, ending by early evening, Windy with gusts 20 to 40+ MPH. Highs around 58 degrees. Lows around 32. 

THURSDAY: Mainly sunny. Still a bit windy. Colder. Highs around 43. Lows near 29.

FRIDAY: Sunny and chilly. Highs around 45. Lows around 36. 

SATURDAY: Cloudy with showers in the afternoon. Highs around 54. Lows around 36. 

SUNDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs around 47. Lows around 32.
