Police remain tight-lipped on investigation into Bedford school threats

Police are remaining tight-lipped on their investigation into violent threats at the Fox Lane High School in Bedford.
On Monday, two girls reported they found threats, written on the wall in a girl?s bathroom at the school. The threats named five students directly, four seniors and one junior. Many students say the incident has increased tensions in the school. However, other students say they are not concerned and thought the threats were probably just a prank.
School Superintendent Debra Jackson says she feels the district and police have a handle on the situation. Police are continuing their investigation, but are not clear as to whether the threats were real.
