Hudson Valley hotels review security plans in wake of deadly Jordan bombings

Some hotels in Hudson Valley are now reviewing their security plans in the wake of the deadly bombings that occurred in Jordan Wednesday.
Three nearly simultaneous suicide bombings at Western hotels in Amman, Jordan killed more than 50 people and wounded more than 100. Hotel security experts say terrorist bombings could happen anywhere. A security chief called hotels ?soft targets? and says they are vulnerable to attacks because of the constant influx of people and luggage. He says the staff needs to be trained in observing suspicious people.
Security experts say most changes in hotels will not be obvious, unlike the increased police presence that is taking place at Manhattan hotels. Travelers in the area say they will continue to stay at hotels and the recent attacks will not make them live in fear.
