Rockland works to keep trick-or-treaters safe from sexual predators

Rockland County is making sure children will be safe from sexual predators on Halloween.

For the third year, the county has implemented a program called ?Project Halloween.? Also, there will be a strictly enforced curfew for sex offenders during Halloween.

County officials say the project is effective because it keeps sexual predators on their toes and holds them accountable.
