Two women were arrested Wednesday for a robbery at a Sunoco gas station in Mount Ivy.

Police say 20-year-old Tarlisha Owens and 28-year-old Jennifer Delbiondo, both of Pomona, approached a car at the gas station on Route 202. According to police, the two women sprayed a man with mace and removed a handbag from one of the women in the car.

Owens and Delbiondo have been charged with robbery in the second degree. They were arraigned and will answer to the charges later this month. Police say the victims were not hurt in the altercation.
