Police made two more arrests Monday in connection with an explosion in a vacant building in Thiells.
Haverstraw police say four teens are responsible for setting off an explosive and destroying a building Thursday. The building used to house the Letchworth Development Center but was sold to the county by the state a few years ago. Officials say the building is now considered private property.
The two 17-year-olds will answer to charges in county court. However, the two minors will appear in family court. All four teens are facing a list of charges including felony criminal mischief, felony arson, endangering the welfare of a child and illegal possession of fireworks.
