Cops crashed an underage drinking party at Kings Corner Family Restaurant in Valley Cottage Friday.
Police learned of the party when a neighbor called in saying there were about 100 teenagers being served alcohol at the restaurant. When police showed up, occupants scrambled and left the two party organizers, the bartender and the restaurant owner behind. All four individuals were charged and given a summons to appear in court on July 27.
The owner, Maria Patentras, said that she was under the impression all attendees were over the age of 21. However, the party?s organizers, Anthony Frascone, of Congers and Ron Aviv, of New City, were both 20 years old.
