One of the four women charged in connection with the death of Rockland political activist Peggy Nadell has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.
Tanisha Joyner has admitted to hindering prosecution. She was initially charged with conspiracy and accused of providing an alibi for Diana Nadell, the alleged mastermind of the killing. Nadell is the victim's daughter-in-law.
