Diana Nadell charged with plotting to have 2 witnesses in murder case killed

The woman accused of hatching a plot to kill her mother-in-law is now facing more charges.
Police say Diana Nadell tried to have unidentified witnesses in the murder case killed. The indictment remains sealed, but police say Nadell tried to do it from inside jail.
Peggy Nadell, 80, was found dead in her Valley Cottage home in January. Her daughter-in-law allegedly came up with the plan to kill her, with the help of two accomplices, for her money.
John Edwards, the attorney representing Peggy Nadell's daughter Suzanne, says "It came as a surprise to both of us and it's really quite disturbing."
Nadell will be arraigned on Sept. 3. She remains in jail in Ulster County.
