Kiosk owner frustrated with Woodbury Common construction

One business owner at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Central Valley says construction near his kiosk has forced him to shut down for several days.
Carvel owner Michael Guirgias says "deep craters" were dangerous enough to force him to close. Outlet management would not allow News 12 to get video of the stand firsthand, but Guirgias has photos of what the situation looks like.
He says he has refused to move his kiosk, along with Nathan's International Eatery, despite allegedly being forced out. Guirgias says he is battling it out with the outlet center in court.
General Manager Dave Mistretta declined to comment on the controversy.
