The family of a Middletown man killed in a Goshen car crash claims the driver was drunk.

State police say 23-year-old Middleton resident Andre Davis was traveling east on Route 17-M in Goshen when his Acura rolled over in front of the Hudson Valley Nursery and Garden Center. Davis' passenger, 30-year-old Michael Cotten, was pronounced dead at the Orange Regional Medical Center. Davis suffered minor injuries.

Cotten's family says police told them Davis was intoxicated. No charges have been filed yet, but police say they are investigating.
