Mourners in Rockland County came together in solidarity to pay respects to two fallen NYPD officers.
NYPD officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos were shot and killed while sitting in their patrol car in Brooklyn this past weekend.
The memorial was held at Flywheel Park in Piermont and was organized by the Piermont Fire Department.
"If you want to do something, when you see a police officer thank them for what they do," said Steve O'Leary, of the Piermont Police Department.
