Police say they have arrested a 71-year-old man after finding child pornography in his Middletown apartment.

Edward Turi's apartment was raided by police Wednesday evening. Authorities say hundreds of videos and photographs containing pornographics images of children were found, some images featuring children as young as four years old.

Evidence seized by police included computer hard drives, videos tapes and DVDs, and cameras. Police say they do not believe any of the images were shot inside Turi's home.

Turi was arrested and charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child. He is due in Middletown court later this month.
