A barge sank to the bottom of the Hudson River in Haverstraw today. Officials say it happened early this morning at the Tilcon Quarry Company dock, as the barge, which was filled with large rocks, took on water while tied up and flipped over. No one was on board at the time of the incident. Crews are working to pull the barge off the bottom of the river.
