Police say a man was killed and two other people were injured this morning in a three-car crash in Haverstraw.
Authorities say the crash that happened on Westside Avenue by Route 9W involved a taxi, a van and a Nissan Altima sedan.
Officials say one of the drivers, a 40-year-old man, died of cardiac arrest. The two other drivers, a man and a woman, were taken to Nyack Hospital.
Police say the Jaws of Life were used to remove one of the drivers from their vehicle.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the accident.
