Saint Joseph's Catholic School holds farewell festival

Posted: Updated:

It was a bittersweet day at Saint Joseph's Catholic School in Middletown as the school held a farewell festival.

The day was filled with fun, food and happy memories of those who are students, alumni and staff.

The school has been educating students for more than 100 years.

The school, along with three others in the Hudson Valley, is being closed by the archdiocese, citing declining enrollment and financial issues.
