Another lawsuit has been filed against leaders in the Orange County Hasidic community of Kiryas Joel in hopes of shutting the village down due to alleged corruption.

The lawsuit is between two Hasidic groups who are divided by synagogues. The Yetev Lev temple is the village's main congregation and is being sued by a minority group called the Dissidents, who pray somewhere else.

The 59-page federal lawsuit was filed on behalf of Joseph Waldman, alleging widespread misconduct, discrimination and terrorism.

David Ekstein, the president of the Yetev Lev Congregation, has denied the allegations, claiming that the Dissidents are making it all up.
