Cleanup continues after last week's strong storms

Posted: Updated:

Cleanup is continuing in New City after Friday's fast-moving storm toppled trees and caused major flooding throughout the area.

Crews were at many homes today repairing damage caused by the storm.

Residents say they weren't sure if there was a tornado or not, but are glad no one got injured in the powerful storm.

Officials estimate that the damage in the neighborhood is in the thousands of dollars.
