Attempted murderer removes electronic bracelet, flees

Police are searching for an attempted murderer who cut off his electronic monitoring device while on house arrest and then fled.
Paul Kramer, of New Jersey, pleaded guilty to attempted murder for stabbing a New Jersey man back in 2009. Police say they have been searching for Kramer since yesterday morning after he took off the bracelet.
The search moved to Suffern after the car he was believed to be driving was found by a quarry.
Police say there is still no sign of Kramer and are asking that if anyone sees him to call them at 911
