Officials in Washingtonville condemned nearly 100 homes after deeming then unsafe to live in because of damage sustained due to Hurricane Irene.
Of the 92 homes condemned, 80 were located in the Brookside Acres and Washingtonville Manor trailer parks, according to village officials.
Many of those whose homes are now condemned say they are still trying to pick up the pieces after the storm.
