Police arrested a 46-year-old woman Sunday under Leandra's Law.
According to police, Debra Wach caused a two-car crash in Warwick Sunday night. She's accused of driving drunk with her teenage daughter and daughter's best friend in the car as passengers.
Wach was freed on $1,000 bail. Her arrest comes the same week a Westchester mom was arrested for allegedly driving drunk with her 6-year-old son in the car.
