Orange County has been named one of the top 100 communities for young people to live in the entire country for the second year in a row.
America's Promise Alliance and ING annually recognize communities nationwide for their success in reducing high school dropout rates and providing services and support to their youth.
Orange County will be awarded a $2,500 grant and a sign identifying the community as one of the nation's 100 Best Communities for Young People.
